Our Training Model
Gradian Health Systems develops, distributes, and sustains world-class medical equipment for resource-constrained hospitals around the world, and provides healthcare workers with high-quality training that leads to high-quality patient care. We strive to support the entire ecosystem surrounding our products—from those who use our devices like physicians and nurses to those who maintain them like biomedical engineers and technicians.
Our trainings help healthcare providers operate Gradian equipment with confidence and serve as a platform to strengthen existing clinical skills across the anesthesia and critical care spectrum. In addition, we help build biomedical engineering capacity in the health systems where we work. We ensure our trainings can deliver value when and how our trainees need—whether that be with the support and guidance of instructors or independently and remotely.
